I may be showing some supidity here, but are medical examiners trained doctors, with a speciality in forensic medicine? OSU has a graduate program in Forensic Sciences. http://www.healthsciences.okstate.edu/forensic/index.cfm And I know that OU has a medical school. You could probably check out their website.
