Any college/university around Oklahoma that has nice family housing

Any college/university around Oklahoma that has nice family housing?
I will be moving with my son that's 16 months old. I have family in Tulsa so I want to stay close, but if the school is nice enough I'm willing to move farther. Any suggestions would help. Thanks!
