by far if you mean this century, i mean that game was epic, and the best play had to be the behind the back handoff for the 2 pt conversion to win the game!!!!! i mean wow thats crazy

YES!!!!!!!!!! Great coaching thats all i can say

definately not the game where the band came out was the best. the 2 point conversion was the best game.

It was one of the greatest football games I've ever seen. After Oklahoma scored on the interception, Boise State didn't just fold up, they rose up !! The hook and ladder play was amazing. That 2 point conversion was a gutsy call that worked to perfection. Bravo Boise State !!

Absolutely!

I'd put it #3, behind last year's national championship game, and the Ohio State national championship game from a couple years ago. Regarding an earlier reply--the Stanford-Cal game with the band out on the field wasn't in this century--it was last century.

I have to say it definatly was the best game i've ever seen... The coaching choices and guts of Boise St. was phenomenal (sp).. I was glad I stayed up to watch the end, because there was more action in that last quarter and OT than in any NFL game i've seen this year!

Yes, it had everything. The underdog jumps out to big lead, the favorite comes back to tie, then lead, gets tied up again. Then Oklahoma takes the lead in O.T. Boise State for 3 times looks doomed to "Well it was a nice try upstarts try again next year" comes back to score and then win with a two point conversion. This game covered the gambit, trick plays (after all football is a game of deception), one of the most storied programs in history, tension, joy (on both sides), despair (look at the band of OU), teams that refused to give up and the last one to have the ball won. Oh! and Love. Doesn't have to be for the national championship to be better, bigger isn't better, better is. As a Boise fan with OU fans sitting next to me, we were exhausted and witnesses to the most entertaining if not greatest game in college football history.
